How to Play
Each player is required to place an ‘Ante’ before receiving any cards. To start a deal each player is dealt two down-cards and one up-card and a betting round ensues. Each player will receive up to 4 additional cards (3 up & 1 down) one at a time with a betting round between each card. The final betting round is followed by the showdown and the pot s awarded to the player with the best 5 card hand.
In fixed-limit games, the lower limit applies to the 1st & 2nd betting round while the upper limit applies the 3rd, 4th & final betting rounds.
In flexible limit games, the betting may start during a round at any amount allowed within the stated betting structure.
To avoid running out of cards on a deal, Seven-card Stud games normally will be restricted to a maximum of eight players. During each round, players who do not wish to continue in the game may fold.
